Some helpful answers for our services
All our items have free delivery. We use a variety of couriers depending on the size and weight of the item we are sending and all couriers have surcharges which are post code specific. The vast majority of our deliveries are totally free but couriers will charge a surcharge for the likes of Highlands and Islands. All items we keep in stock, ready for next working day delivery.
Where possible, we will provide you with a planned day of delivery, however, we are unable to guarantee this for all products. Some delivery firms provide an estimated time slot but unfortunately this is only a guide. If you have paid for next working day delivery we will choose the best service to achieve that but cannot guarantee a time-slot.
Yes - if the product is in stock and available for next working day delivery, we provide this information on the product page. Orders must be placed before 2pm for next working day delivery.
Yes you can. If we have the product in stock, we can offer collections in Burton on Trent (De14 postcode). We will confirm all items are in stock after your order is placed so your journey isn’t wasted.

We don’t have a showroom which is why we can continue to offer all our products at the lowest price’s compared to any of our competitors saving on retail rates and salespeople which is why we are the cheapest. We understand that some people want to view an item before making a purchase which is why you can call us to arrange to come along and we will happily show you the item you’re interested in.
